Blend together:
1/8 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
3tbsp of sesame oil
1 clove chopped garlic
3tbsp peanut butter
Salt
1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
Juice of half fresh lemon
1 teaspoon soya sauce
Serve over mixed green salad , or rice noodle salad.
yum for the dressing…and yum for the lovely bowl…I do chicken satay with peanut sauce, but will love this on an Asian salad…thank you!!!! Carol
